Idukki Gold is a good movie

Idukki Gold , directed by Aashiq Abu is a simple story with an engaging plot and narrated in a soothing manner. Filled with nostalgic moments, Idukki Gold takes you to the past and then again to the present over and over again with effortless ease. Idukki Gold is like a fresh wave of breeze considering the offbeat and run off the mill twists that many of the recently released Malayalam movies offer. There is a certain element of novelty in the narrative that stands out. There is no hard hitting climax or unexpected twists in Idukki Gold. You are taken very smoothly from the start to the end. It's a film of friendship and everlasting bond - a story that every individual can relate to.

Plot

Madhavan is an innocent and loving young man who runs a department (grocery) store in his village and leads a contented family life.

Madhavan is an introvert and tries to keep himself away from problems.
Some unexpected events make drastic changes in the smooth flowing life of Madhavan. The resulting complicated events in the life of Madhavan plot the story of 'Kanchi'.

Directed by G N Krishnakumar, 'Kanchi' narrates an ordinary story which is very true to real life. Indrajith and Murali Gopi do the main roles. Archana Gupta is the heroine.

In the banner of Red Rose Creations, 'Kanchi' is produced by Haneef Muhammed. The story, script, and dialogues are penned 'Ozhimuri' fame Jayamohan. Ravi Chandran is the cameraman.

I just came out watching this movie. The movie has excellent actors, but wasted effort. A very boring climax, the music sounded "very familiar" from many movies. I wouldn't say this is a bad movie, but definitely a waste of time. Clueless direction, and some funny (untimely) camera techniques.

A gun, which has everything but bullet.. that is in short about this movie. The combo of murali gopy and indrajith and the script by jeyamohan were the attractions in this movie which took me to the cinema.But sad to say it was a mere time waste except for the outstanding performance of murali gopy.

pattom pole is a beautifully taken movie(may be because the director and the cameraman happen to be the same person).
The story starts with ria and karthik belonging to diagonally opposite religions running away and after staying for a couple of days in ooty hates each other and comes back to the respective homes.The story creates situations where they are forced to meet again and mend their ways.
loving each other and getting married...Is it a new story? Not at all. The same story has been told a million times in movie history.
the movie is worth seeing because of its beautiful locations,dances and too much music.You have no choice to sit in the theatre upto interval.After the interval people are taken to a relatively less interesting phase of the movie where the makers of the movie may have found it very difficult to unite them into loving each other. unfortunately patience will have to be injected for futher viewing the lacklustre ending which totally spoiled the charm created in the beginning.
Totally it is a movie that offers some interesting situations here and there atleast to make you think that our valuable time is not wasted
